10 week Plan - Price £120

We offer exciting programmes over a set timeframe alongside our normal coaching that are for specific goals which can also involve multiple coaches.

Q-Programmes

This one is for the regular Park-runners who are looking for a seasons best or overall pb. We will work with you to achieve this goal with specific sessions and a weekly flexible plan. Once the 12 weeks is up you have the option to switch to a regular coaching package with a discount.

Spring Marathon

16 week Plan - Price £200 (£12.50/week)

Got a marathon booked and want to get to the start line injury free and in the shape of your life?

This plan is for you and includes

  • Weekly personalised plan with exciting Q sessions

  • Everything included in our regular coaching packages

  • Bonus S&C plan also included

  • Nutrition advice for the marathon and what to do and not do on race day

S&C

Monthly Plan with a goal to provide you the right exercises to improve areas of weakness and improve your running

1-2-1 Sessions

The focus of these sessions will be a session and technical focus with the aim to improve and give advice on areas such as posture, form and pacing.

1-2-1 Coaching

Nutrition

Advice on foods to avoid and foods to eat to assist with fueling, recovery and racing
