We are brothers who are passionate about running and the impact it has had on our lives. After 15 years running competitively we have managed to learn what works and what doesn't and are still improving year on year. We recently decided to become coaches to help others achieve their goals and find what we have in running.

Quinlan Coaching believe we have something different to offer and after having so many asking what training we are doing and how we have achieved what we have. We decided to help others unlock that potential and belief.
